GUDMAP Projects
Funding and remit for GUDMAP can be divided into several phases - GUDMAP 1, GUDMAP 2, nGUDMAP and GUDMAP 3:
GUDMAP 3
Funding period 2016-2020
Main focus is expanding our understanding of human development of the genito-urinary system.
- Mapping Molecular Regionalization of Cell Types along the Anterior-Posterior Axis of the Urethra (Marty Cohn, University of Florida)
- GUDMAP Tissue Hub and Collection Site (Rajiv Dhir, University of Pittsburgh)
- GUDMAP Coordinating Center (Carl Kesselman, University of Southern California)
- Li Group (Sean Li, Harvard Medical School)
- Four-Dimensional Modeling of Mouse and Human Nephrogenesis (Andrew McMahon, University of Southern California)
- Generating an Atlas of the Developing Human Urinary Outflow Tract (Cathy Mendelsohn, Columbia University)
- Atlas of Autonomic and Neuromodulatory Lineages in the Developing Lower Urinary Tract (Michelle Southard-Smith, Vanderbilt University Medical Center)
- A Cellular Atlas of the Normal Human Prostate (Doug Strand, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center)
- Molecular and Fate Maps of Prostatic Stroma (Chad Vezina, University of Wisconsin-Madison)
- Understanding Functional Connectivity of Sensory and Motor Pathways to Specific Regions of the Lower Urinary Tract (Janet Keast, University of Melbourne)
